Our classes follow the original work of Joseph Pilates, with thoughtful updates and modifications for every body, every age, and every level. Whether you're just learning what a hundred is, or you've been teaser-ing for years, we’ll meet you where you are — with precision, encouragement, and just the right amount of burn.
Mixed Level Equipment Classes – A full-body workout using classical Pilates equipment like the Reformer and Tower. You’ll stretch, strengthen, and move with intention — no matter your experience level. Come ready to feel taller, stronger, and more connected to your core.
Tower Classes – This spring-loaded setup adds both support and challenge to your practice. Tower classes focus on strength, control, and flexibility — perfect for slowing down just enough to work deeper.
Private Sessions – One-on-one training tailored entirely to you. Whether you’re new to Pilates or refining your practice, our instructors create personalized sessions that meet your goals and honor how your body feels that day.
