• Wear comfortable, form-fighting athletic apparel to allow for maximum range of motion. Grip socks or bare feet are recommended.

• Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled class time.

• We have a 12 hour cancelation policy - if you cancel within the 12 hour window, loss of class will apply.

• If you have any injuries, conditions or are pregnant, please let the studio and your instructor know prior to class.

Our cancellation policy for group classes is within 12 hours before the class time. If you fail to cancel in the window it will result in a loss of a class from your package. For private sessions, we ask for a minimum 3 hour notice unless discussed with your instructor.

We are located at 24118 Chicago St Suite 102 in Downtown Plainfield IL, directly across from the Village Green Park pavilion.

Street parking is available directly outside the studio and public parking is available within walking distance of the studio.

We always recommend at least one private session prior to a group equipment class in order to familiarize yourself with the machines, but this is not required. Our classes are intentionally small so the instructors can help walk you through the exercises.
